You will need to sign and return the Reservation Agreement and include your $200.00 non-refundable deposit. Your wedding date will then be reserved, and a detailed contract will be scheduled to be sent for you to review. I have received my estimate and it's more than I have budgeted for my wedding/event flowers, what should I do? Call The Artistic Florist, Inc. and speak with one of our wedding floral consultants. They specialize in working within your budget and can tell you the best things to scale back or remove, while preserving the integrity of your decorating choices. Is the $200.00 non-refundable deposit an additional fee? No, The $200.00 deposit is not an additional fee. It is a deposit on your wedding and is deducted from the overall total wedding bill. Once I book my wedding date and sign the Reservation Agreement, can I make changes to my wedding flowers? Most definitely. You can continue to make changes up to two weeks before your wedding. Any changes made after the two week cut off are subject to availability and may not reflect contract pricing. How many weddings do you do on a weekend? At The Artistic Florist, Inc., we specialize in weddings and special events. Our expert staff is able to handle several events at one time. However, we do have a cut off point at which we will not accept any more work for that weekend. This is why it is very important that you send in your Reservation Agreement and deposit so that your event can be scheduled. Once our schedule is full, we will not accept and more reservations. Can I still reserve The Artistic Florist, Inc. for my wedding even if I don't have everything decided? Yes, you can reserve The Artistic Florist, Inc. even before you have chosen your wedding dress. When you sign and return the Reservation Agreement and pay the non-refundable deposit, you are committing to have The Artistic Florist, Inc. do your wedding flowers. You can then make any additions or changes as you plan. |
